261 days…

… but who's counting?
It's been that many days since I've taken a rowing shell on the water. The last time I was here was the day my appointment with the neck-and-spine PA was canceled, http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2016-02-02

Since the specialist cleared me later that week, I have been working at regaining my fitness level and refurbishing my roof rack for transporting rowing shells.

Taking a lesson from my local rowing guru — and heeding Rick's advice on yesterday's post — I did not go out in the fast, racing shell, but rather opted for the 21' Maas Aero. It was great to be on the water again!

I'm glad you chose to take it easy. I bet it was so much fun getting back out there again
