What are *you* lookin’ at?

A young buck who watched me row, though I don't think he was interested in my form.

My point-and-shoot doesn't zoom out to 250mm sharply like my 55–250mm lens does, so this is cropped all-the-way-down to what's here without any “resizing.” But this is the frame I shot today that is least likely to offer itself again in the future (“irreproducible” for those familiar with the journal with that word in the title).

Passed up — A baby rabbit in my gloved hand, sent scampering from its home next to the house when we arrived home from friends' house at dusk. As Clare says, “the gardens are not your personal salad bar”…
