"My side" of the driveway is next to the two big White pine trees (Pinus strobus). Because I'm taking the longer rowing shell more now, I park farther from the garage opening and that puts the car directly under falling needles.

@wordpixman After almost-six years of daily posts and now being retired, I've just run out of creativity and enthusiasm for photography for now. My wife & I travel more now, but a 10-day trip only yields 8–10 posts, since I'm not one to continue posting "fillers" from a trip … no matter how fabulous a trip it was. So now I'm sitting down with the "current" photo album (2009) and my computer to get things up to date. Now that both daughters are married, perhaps there will be grandchildren in the not-too-distant future? Time will tell! Thanks for leaving a comment, Arthur!
