In a product description, I wonder what these are called. Changing colors. I assume it's an aerated liquid that's side-lit. In a doctor's office. Same device as posted last year, https://365project.org/rhoing/365/2017-07-20

They have a similar bubble wall in our doctor's surgery. It used to contain fish but I don't think they got on very well in there xx
