Quebec and Fairmont’s Le Château Frontenac

Today we visited the Citadel and toured the official residence of the Gouverneur General (the Queen's official representative in Canada).

We had a traditional lunch at Restaurant aux Anciens Canadien (including tarte au sirop d'érable = maple syrup pie).

This evening, Clare had the best French onion soup ever (at Sapristi, Rue St-Jean).
