So today I replaced our master-bath toilet. Isn't this what retired guys do? I've replaced a wax seal before, but today was my first bowl-and-tank replacement. My house-flipping brother-in-law comments, “It always amazes me how well toilets work. All those places that could leak and they rarely do. I wish sink drains worked so well.”

@danette It's actually not that hard (as long as the floor is higher than the mounting flange, as it is here). It's messy getting all the old wax seal cleaned up, but it's a fairly straightforward task! Took about 2 hours since I hadn't taken up a bowl in more than 20 years.
