Memorial Day dinner

Lamb burger with feta. One of our favorite meals! Our recipe comes from “Readers’ Quick Recipes” in the February 2006 Bon Appétit — “Minted Lamb Burgers with Feta and Hummus”. Mint, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and cinnamon get mixed in with the ground lamb. I grill ’em rather than pan fry ’em. Mmmmm…
