Not doing this one myself

My house-flipping brother-in-law offered to talk me through this, but it sounded like it was still going to be dicey. So I “called a guy.” A few months ago. But it’s going in today.

I’m glad I didn't try this myself. There were some hidden issues that I might not have recognized as issues and wouldn’t have addressed, where the professional did the right thing(s).
