For nearly three years we have visited the kids + grandkids by making the two-day drive by auto. Not surprisingly, the questions have arisen, “Where did we stay …?” and “Where did we eat that had …?” So I have begun the habit of taking a photo somewhere in the hotel, in addition to usually taking a photo in the restaurant where we eat.
The restaurant photo is often of the flight of beers and/or Clare and/or my plate of food, but sometimes it’s something else.
The hotel photo may be something quirky about our room (usually something to do with plumbing) or the hotel itself.
This image was simply to establish that this time our west-bound overnight was at a hotel in Grove City, Pennsylvania. A teeny-tiny bit of selective coloring in the distance … if it even shows up. I thought of putting up a map and pinning the various places we’ve stopped, but the time-and-effort to do that ranks very low on the priority-list!
