Had gone to my local Osprey landing spot but nothing there at first. After a few minutes, heard the familiar sound of one flying around, and wa-lah, it landed in it's favorite spot. Just glad I hung around for a short time to watch it fly in.
Wicked-looking expression there, and oh my! — those claws! Great capture with the limb and most and leaves framing the predatory bird. (Are those autumn-colored leaves yet on the trees????)

Just haven't had the cold weather as of yet. Sunday is supposed to be the coldest so far in the low 30's. Guess I need to move further south. :-)
