Just happened to see this one fly by and then land on a tree just past me, so had to go back and get a few shots. Was real nice of it to sit still and not even flap the wings.
I wish I could get this butterfly to have a little talk with some of these IL butterflies who don't know the meaning of the words "hold still for a second". Great capture of this winged wonder.
