Got an e-mail from my friend where the eagles nest is residing, and they said that one of the baby's had come down from the nest. Not sure if it flew down, or fell out and then just coasted down. It didn't seem like it could fly, so they called the Audubon Society and two of the ladies from there came out to see what was going on. They went into the bushes around the tree and was finally able to bring it out. No way to get it back to the nest, so it was taken to one of the Raptor rescue places to make sure it is okay. Hopefully, after it is checked out, and it determined that it can fly, they will bring it back out to the nesting grounds and let it go back into nature.
