After the storm

Not one of my best shots as it was raining at the time. But as some of you know I have a fondness for photographing trees and was a little upset to see what the storm had done to one of the nice trees in the park.

Oh this is sad. We have lost a big old tree in our village too. They're such a miss.

@jesperani I haven't dared go to look at my favourite oak tree yet. It sits in a rather exposed but secluded spot. Hopefully it's OK. .
