We visited Rockingham Castle tonight as it was there victorian Christmas event. Had a nice tour round the castle then I manged a few quick shots outside whilst my wife browsed the Christmas shop.This is the main frontage shot at ISO 6400 so a bit noisy. If you look closely you can just make out a Christmas tree through the window.
oh lovely - it looks very well maintained, that lighting really shows the shapes well. It would be cool to have a castle to go to for a xmas event, lucky you! :)
Quintessential division of labour - she in the shop and you outside! In our house, it's always me wandering outside with the camera and the teenager in the shop, while hubby secretes himself in the corner where the bookshelves are and reads something! I like the way you can still see the clouds up there.
