A Sea of Red

Just over the border in Lincolnshire a farmer has grown a crop of Red Poppies. I've never seen such a display of red poppies and never realised that they were grown as a crop.

Red poppies have been in the past for culinary and medicines, and now used for poppy seed oil, also in cakes, bread.
