Older than Dinosaurs

Rutland is currently in the spotlight after a fossilised dinosaur skeleton was found at Rutland water. It’s a Ichthyosaurs and would have died around 180 million years ago. Anyway I found something older the moon! The moon is approximately 4.53 billion years old! Taken with my D7200 150 600 lens and 1.4 tc.
Just watched the TV programme about the ichthyosaurus, recognised "your" church!!!
Fab moon shot

It’s quite ironic really that at that time the Midlands was under water & yet in my life time I remember them flooding the valley to make Rutland Water!
Great moon shot!

@carole_sandford yes it's kinda of funny that it was found in the reservoir. Might take my shovel next time I'm out!

Super moon shot too, and as you say, just a bit older than the Iichthyosaurus
