It began with The Wildlife Trust's 30 Days Wild campaign last year and evolved into a whole 366 Days Wild!
Today I completed my Wild Year! I wish I'd had the forethought to organise something more special, something really wild to end with, but I didn't so I made do with a trip Homewards to see the cotton grass and enjoy the curlews calling all around me.
Congratulations Louise! Has it changed you in any way, made your more observant? I watched your video and I can really see your love for our natural world. Great to see that you teach young children about it too!
@overalvandaan Not a huge amount as I have always been observant regarding nature! I think the biggest change for me was, during 30 Days Wild last year, realising that it's actually not that hard to make time for nature every day - so many times I thought I was too busy, or would rather stay in a clean / read / do other jobs, but I was 'forced' outdoors by 30 Days Wild! That made me realise that playing outside can be achieved every day without too much difficulty!
Well done on doing a year Louise that's a great achievement, and this is beautiful picture to finish the year with, fav. I look forward to seeing your pics for next month too.
Congratulations! Love the comp and textures in this. This is my last day as a regular 365 contributor. I've so enjoyed meeting you and seeing your work. I great admire your portrayals of and dedication to all things natural. All the best, Louise.
Well done on completing a whole year, I've really enjoyed seeing your images since I started the project in January. I'm looking forward to joining you on 30 days wild in June!
