Another party for DWT this afternoon, 23 five year olds for an arty party, which involves a bit of colour noticing, some Andy Goldsworthy inspired natural art (like this man with a moustache!) and green men clay faces on trees, then making a bookmark to take home by sticking natural materials to card which we quickly laminate whilst the children eat their party food.
It's been a busy weekend, I feel tired and a bit stressed as I've not done everything I was supposed to have done and seem to have so much to do now, but it's also been a really good weekend too with good things all coming together and things falling into place again after a not so good year.
Looks great.we never have time do all we want do we..or planned...I miss working with little ones ..but of course have these 2 little grandchildren now..have Martha here today..18 months old easily entertained
