I don't think I've seen the sea since August 2018!
Today we made an almost 400 mile round trip to visit Dave's sister who lives 'up north'. She had several baby items she wanted to get rid of which are in good condition and will be of use to us soon so we went to collect things and then made the return journey via the coast so we could stop to see the sea and smell the sea air!
I did intend to get down on the beach for a barefoot walk on the some sand too, but living so far inland and not seeing the sea often, I never remember to think about the tide in advance and the tide was in at this time!
