No idea whether the great horned owls are getting ready to nest, or if that's gone by. Saw the 2 adults in a tree the other day. Branches precluded getting the 2 in one shot, but I was thankful that this one positioned itself to capture some of the late day sun.
@lynnb Thanks, Lynn. This is the first I've seen of them lately but I heard word that some young may have fledged while I was in Maine shoveling snow! ;-(
