A good fishing hole for this Black-crowned Night Heron, I've seen it here the last two weeks at Mason Park in Irvine, CA.

Our night herons are just now coming out of hiding(nesting?). I'm seeing adults lined up. Can't find the kids yet. Nice shot of this one.

beautiful shot. I've told you before - love these guys, but I only see them on the pier. It's nice to see them in nature.
