It was a sad story - it showed just how isolated our poor Zoe has been for her 10 years. We were staying at our daughter's house in the city. Zoe needed a walk so we set off for the green expanses surrounding the Medical School. Zoe spied a very large man standing on a box - she ran up, wagging her tail, she jumped up on the edges of the box to try to reach him, she gave him her very best Staffy grin - all to no response! She was devastated!
