We like this grass - it's native to our area and therefore a "good guy" The local birds like it too!

I just bought a lovely little book identifying grasses in this area and I'm keen to identify a lot more of what I have here as I have so many different ones and I know many are natives. which grass is this one? I love the capture!

I'm sorry Katrina - I tried to find it's name but I couldn't put my hand on the reply from the Herbarium. We sent about 12 samples along to them and they identified them for us and identicated which were natives. Unfortunately only 4 of them were natives! :)
