Have a seat

I think all this snow is making me a bit stir crazy! Here was our pristine backyard snow before we destroyed it with sledding and snow angels. ETSOOI using Pinhole preset and, gulp, selective coloring, in Silver Efex Pro 2.
Cool... love the pop of green.

This is an awesome shot. Love the selective colouring...now always but it works here.

What a great sled hill. Still loving the snow and want more of it, but so so sick of the grayness. Yuck. It's been a long, gray winter, though I love the sunny and warmer days that we get teased with periodically. Love your shadows and the selective coloring. It gives the grayness some umph.

Super cool. Has a great sense of movement with your use of the shadow lines and you angles.

Awesome! Selective color rarely works for me, but here it passes as totally natural. Perfectly composed - love the shadow in every corner.

Perfect and I like the colour that you have chosen for the bench - was it the real colour?

The light, the shades and graininess is perfect here and the SC, well it looks natural strangely enough. Beautiful shot!

This is fantastic Robyn. The SC works really well. I've just got Silver Efex Pro as well, largely because of seeing what you were achieving with it. I love it so much!! This is a fave for me for composition. The fact that everything is at odd angles apart from the bench. and the shadows of the trees across the snow, and shooting into the sun. Quite superb!!
