I was walking listening for the woodpecker when I spotted 3 whitetails ahead. one just turned and we both stared at each other for a few moments then off the tails went bobbing through the trees.
Great capture. Always love when they stop and give you that stare. Almost looks like you used selective color, but guess that's just the way the forest looks right now.
