House of Parliament

We had a chance to get into the Palace of Westminster, which houses Parliament. Another wonderful historic space. This part of the building goes back to the 13th century. We saw parts of this building which date back to the 10th century. We were able to watch a debate in the House of Commons... very interesting. I will observe that there were many more engaged members in this week's debate than there were in the US Congress, which we saw last spring - maybe it was just the day.

Thanks for taking time to visit, especially as I am playing "mad tourist" with no roaming cell data, which has given me very, very little time to enjoy your projects.
