I am becoming somewhat obsessed with Photoshop free brushes. The is a water splash brush. Don't be fooled. :)

@jackie8 I have no idea... does PS Elements work in layers and have brushes? If so, then I think it is worth a try to download and load the brushes in. After all, they are free! :)
