Phases of the Moon

Another play with some more free Photoshop brushes that I downloaded. Again, don't be fooled.

One of these days, I'll drop my little editing obsession, but it does give me some much needed PS practice. Each moon is on its own layer.

As always, thanks for taking time to visit.
That is awesome. Sometimes I think it is helpful concentrating on processing.

I feel like my editing skills are so bad now. I love this!

Very effective even if it is PS induced! PS is designed to make me want to drop the laptop from a great height! My way of controlling it is to refuse to learn how to fully use it, other than the basics which allow me to get the image I visualised when I pressed the shutter button.Good luck with the recovery! :-)

BTY I will have to follow you to observe your progress in weaning yourself off PS!

I am with @yrhenwr in that PS is the opposite of intuitive for me. But this forum (and, for example, what you are doing here) has me determined to improve my skills -- demonstrates how powerful a tool PS is. So, thanks!

Ha! All three of your fake images are on the curated page.

So, did you take these photos over a series of a month? This is amazing and very Rosie-esque.
December 5th, 2016
@jyokota Nope, entirely made in PS. No camera was involved. (She admits, blushing).

@rosiekerr -- I don't understand. How do you capture a moon without a camera?
December 5th, 2016
@jyokota Brushes in Photoshop. Same for the water drop and smoke of the last few days.
