Gradient fun with Photoshop (creating my own photo-ops, as life is the dreaded combination of busy and visually dull at present). So delighted to see that there is a rainbow theme going... what a happy coincidence!

@jgpittenger Well, I opened up PS. Started with a white background. Found a rainbow gradient. Played around with it, trying to figure it out. I used a circular selection for the gradient. If you drag your cursor in shorter, or longer, distances, you get differently sized circles. Then, the bubbles brush (which I downloaded, free, from the internet). Probably clear as mud, but there you go.
Read your description as this is delightful and I could see doing something like this to create a texture. But clear as mud was a great phrase as I clearly don't have enough PS knowledge yet! In time!
Love the beautiful color combinations! Funny how this brings to mind a dress I designed in college...the fabric colors back then were bright acrylics, and I made a dress with this same patterning and bright colors. Hmmm...probably have a photo of me wearing it...somewhere!
