Critter

Now, for something completely different...I found this guy clinging to my car tire, as I was leaving for work this morning. I put him aside for later, only to discover that the week's theme is "theme-critters."

I believe this might qualify, although (admittedly) there is no "cute factor" about this shot. It's clearer on black, but you may not prefer that. ;)

My camera does focus-stacking in camera, so that is how I did this, rather than combining them in PS.

PS - thanks to all who were so nice to my "theme-feathers" shot, Imbrex. I really appreciate it, very much.
The closeness makes the insect seem so much more frightening. Great shot!
