I just learned that the updated Photoshop has a symmetrical drawing feature that let me generate this mandala.
A mandala is a complex abstract design that is usually circular in form. "Mandala" is a Sanskrit word that means "circle". Mandalas generally have one identifiable center point, from which emanates an array of symbols, shapes and forms. They have significance in Hinduism and Buddhism, although (no disrespect) this one is just the result of some playing around. Some of you might call if "faffing (a wonderful word, that I wish I could use in this country and be understood, but, alas).
If you google or bing "mandala in photoshop," you can come up with a myriad of tutorials on this topic. In my recent world of "lots of work/no phojo" this was an interesting diversion. Options are only limited by imagination.

@golftragic If you click on the paintbrush, then look above on the tool bar. All the way to the right side, you will see a butterfly wings symbol. If you hover over that symbol, it will say "set symmetry options for painting." That is the place. :) However, it's kind of useless unless you watch some kind of an explainer first.
Reminds me of a spirograph in neon! A new skill you have learned, once again, through video tutorials. And I love the concept of "sporadic project"! I definitely fit that category, too!
