Washington Monument

Here is something familiar and iconic from yesterday. The only trace of the pandemic are the masks (which DC residents are quite attentive to wearing). I always try to pay my respects to Mr. Lincoln when I am in town, so this is his view from his monument. :)

@lesip My hubby and I have been "commuting" for the last few years, as he works for the FAA. We are here to check on the condo and do some work here this week. The traffic patterns are so very different from the usual "tourist" season in the summer!
