I think doves are such sweet birds. This one visited the bird bath this morning and this pic was taken through the kitchen window (which isn't very clean!). I have been promising that I would go and clean the windows but now I think I really will have to do it because now that the weather is changing, I will find it much harder to stand outside in the garden waiting to get a bird shot. @carolmw Yes I agree - they are such gentle creatures much different from their cousins the pigeons although I have to say that they have sweet faces when you look at them closely
