I went for a walk along the cycle track this afternoon and I was amazed that the trees are really sprouting out which means that it's going to be much harder to capture pictures of birds! Anyway, this little chaffinch was collecting material for a nest. The quackers haven't been hanging around the garden today. I think they know I have gone back to work. However, Donald came before I went to work but I haven't seen either of them since! I hope they come back tomorrow although I've got to go to work early as I need to be at a Carers Forum in Biggleswade for 9.30.
Nice shot. They are just waiting for the leaves to grow so that they can get on with it. As you say then we won't be able to see them any more. Very late this year.
