I want more

I couldn't believe the noise when I walked up Wood Lane this afternoon. There was a flock of starlings and they were making such a racket. I really wanted to get a pic of them in flight but had to settle for this one. It's a parent feeding the chick who seems to be shouting for more! What a row he/she was making

By the way this was not taken in April 2011. Every time I upload a photo it says April 2011 instead of May 2013. There seems to be a jinx on my pages

Superb lighting on the starlings! As Jo says, the chick looks bigger than its parent -must be feeding well!
Btw, have you had a flat battery lately?Sometimes that can affect the time/date so it needs resetting.

@janturnbull Oh I didn't realise the battery could make a difference to the date and time. I always charge the battery when it's getting low but sometimes it runs out on me while I'm out and I just put the spare in. Maybe that's what happened. At least I'm glad that I've found out and corrected the problem
