Male chaffinch

I finished work early today so that I could go for a walk as I thought it was going to rain this afternoon. I walked along Wood Lane to Shearhatch Wood which is quite a walk. However, the weather looked as though it was going to stay fine so I then walked one way along the cycle track and then the other way to the Lock. I was so pleased that I did as there were blue skies and it was lovely. This male chaffinch kindly posed so that I could get some shots of him.
