I didn't realise when I saw a robin hovering and then flying into the ivy on the front of the house the other day that we had another robin family. Anyway, they have been very busy this morning feeding their young with insects and I got quite close to them. They seem fearless when they are concentrating on feeding their young. I do help them out with lots of food for the parents but obviously the young need insects which are easier to swallow than suet pellets, etc.
