I met a friend of mine at Priory Country Park this afternoon and she told me where to find a swan and her cygnet which meant I had to drive round another way but it saved me a long walk which I would have found difficult with my foot. Anyway, when I got there, I could only see the adult swans on the island in the middle of the lake so I decided to walk round to see whether they were on the other side of the island. I came across some willow warblers (a shot in my Bits & Bobs album) and the spotted a couple throwing bread into the water and the adult swans and their little cygnets swimming across to be fed so I hurried back. I was so pleased that I did because I got some shots of the little family. It has been a perfect sunny day and it was lovely out in the sunshine.
Great capture Rosie and congrats on the PP
