I've been spoilt for choice today as I went for a walk around Priory Country Park and there was lots to see and photograph. I decided to post a shot of Mr Heron as I haven't posted one of him lately and unusually he decided to fly from the dipping platform where I got some shots of him over onto the grass and then calmly walked off into the trees.
I'm off to camera club tonight and we have an End of Summer competition for those people who went along to some of the summer events. I only went to 2 and didn't really take any wonderful shots but thought I would enter a couple so wish me luck. This competition will be judged by the members rather than an outside judge so it should be quite interesting. I will try to catch up later when I get home at about 10pm.
Thanks for all your kind comments and favs. It always cheers me up as I've been a bit fed up lately which is unusual for me.
