I've got to go to a Good Neighbour Group meeting tonight for work and my bits are last on the Agenda so it will go on a bit! I hate going to evening meetings but it has to be done sometimes.
Anyway, I went to see one of the chaps from Camera Club to find out what I need to do to enter prints into competitions as I would like to enter some for a change as I usually just enter projected digital images. After that I walked through Russell Park in Bedford to the Embankment before it started raining. I then made a quick retreat back to the car.
I'm going to post quite a different shot in my Bits & Bobs album so I would be pleased if you could take a look and tell me what you think. I am still using my 50mm lens with only 2 more days to go (thank goodness). I did say 5 days ago that I probably wouldn't be able to post any shots of birds because I'm using this little lens but I achieved some shots today because the geese are so tame.
OK Rosie I've taken a GANDER at this, now explain yourself here, did you try and ring the goose's nick before you captured it for prosperity. That definitely looks like your finger marks around it's neck. Super capture and a FAV for the brave goose.
@ladymagpie It's funny you should say that because I was thinking he might have a rubber band round his neck! You always make me laugh! Thanks for the Fav
