Well 2 for the price of 1. I took this in Priory Country Park this afternoon before I went to do the food shop.
I have bought myself a Fitbit to monitor how much exercise I'm doing and it also monitors your sleep. Last night I slept for 6 hours 36 minutes, woke up 3 times and was restless 13 times which was quite interesting. I wonder whether I was dreaming during that period. It's a shame it can't tell me that! I might have been dreaming about a tall dark handsome man. Oh I forgot I'm not supposed to have dreams like that because I'm married LOL
Wonderful shot. Yes I've thought about getting a fitbit, but have resisted and so far I'm managing with a free app on my phone. Trouble is it doesn't work when I'm wearing a skirt as I have nowhere to keep it!
Great capture Rosie and good luck with the fitbit. How interesting to see how well you are sleeping and yes it would be great if it told you what you were dreaming about. :)
I have a Fitbit too. Don't believe everything it tells you about your sleep patterns! It's great for encouraging you to do more exercise though. I love mine. Your title is brilliant. When I first saw this my comment was going to be two for the price of one. I guess you beat me to it! Anyway, lovely capture.
Lovely capture - and good luck with the Fitbit. I've have one for nearly a year now and it might sound odd but it really is interesting to see how well you've slept! I've also increased my step rate from 10,000 to 11,000 - only able to manage that every day because I have a dog lol. Fitbit definitely encourages you to move about more - and there's nothing better each day than to have it 'vibrate' on your wrist, telling you you've reached your target - yay!
Awesome shot, it's great having a device to monter exercise, steps..... went to Bristol last weekend and on Friday walked 9miles and Saturday 16miles photographing Shaun the sheep. I know we walked loads but it was so interesting to see how far!
Good luck with the sleeping, same here. I have always said sleep if over rated!
