It has been a very frustrating 24 hours! Last night, I was driving along minding my own business when a car decided to pull out of a junction straight into the side of my car. In order to try to avoid the collision I tried to speed up so he hit my rear door rather than my door so I expect that was a bonus!!! Neither of us was hurt fortunately and when I got out of my car to see who had hit me I realised that the old chap sitting in the car was someone from Camera Club! At least I knew who he was and he admitted liability so we sorted things out when I finally got there. This morning I have spent most of it on the phone to the insurance company, the repairer and the courtesy car company before driving a 58 miles round trip to get an estimate. Over 2.5 hours later, I finally arrived home and have not had time to take any photos other than this rose in my garden. Whew, I'm just glad it is getting sorted and the collision damage garage will collect the car on 18 October to carry out the repair.
I was staggered to find all 4 of my images on PP yesterday so that was VERY good news to what has been a harrowing day! Thank you all so much
