The goldfinches were very competitive about getting on the feeder today and got quite cross with each other. It was funny watching them. I have had a very busy day today as I have taken all the plants off the windowsills and have cleaned the windows inside. It was a mammoth task as we have an awful lot of plants but it just had to be done! It does look better inside but the outside needs doing now so I am going to ask my neighbour who cleans their windows as I can't face the outside as well.

Ugh, I hate cleaning windows and we have so many and they are huge too. I usually give that task to David these days. In my mind window cleaning comes under maintenance not domestic, ha ha.
@rosiekind Oh you will have to put him right on that one Rosie. Being an ex Forces wife I used to do everything when David was away, so now we are retired he is learning that a lot of things are re-allocated to maintenance, ha ha.
