We have been to a place in Essex today to see the third SS100 Jaguar. Steve has finally come to his senses (I hope) and has written down a list of reasons not to buy the car. He saw one of the new F type Jags in a car park last weekend (which I liked) and I am hoping that he's going to buy one of those instead. I sat in this car and it has tiny little seats that are not very comfortable unless you are a midget! I was pleased when he came back after driving it to say that the pedals are so close together, you couldn't drive it if you have big feet (which he hasn't) but there are several other things he didn't like although it was much better than the two other ones he's driven. Hopefully, he can now put this car to rest as I really don't want him to buy it even though it is different from the run of the mill everyday cars. We did see a Corvette that Bradley Walsh has bought and a host of Cobras and other cars. All in all it was a fairly good day out but I'm hoping we can now get back to normal.
Thanks for getting yesterday's horse with the autumn colours of the trees as a background on PP and for all your kind comments and Favs
Gosh -- what an interesting hobby to have! But sounds like a different car would be a better idea. I like the way this is photographed to capture how intricate it is.
@taffy I'm afraid Steve's hobby is cars as well as the fact that he still works on them! He has 9 cars of different descriptions so this would be his 10th and he can't drive them all
Steve really doesn't need another car does he? But then what's need got to do with it! Lol! Get him to buy a new Jag and then we could do a road trip in it! Sounds like a great plan to me! Not sure Steve would like it! Lol! Great shot! Fav!
Harry has been looking at cars today too, but a landrover for him. He knows which one he wants but it gphas to be silver.....he's been looking for over a year, I've got fed up! This is a fair car, I don't think Steve will let it drop if I know men!
