This young squirrel came so close to me as I sat under the tree where I usually see Bluey & Betsey. This is not cropped and he was about 5ft away from me but he just looked at me as curious as I was about him. In order that I don't muddle him up with Squizzer, I decided to call him whiskers as they really stood out. I didn't see my little blue friends but I didn't really expect to and I hadn't come equipped with tripod, etc. as I haven't got my car back and I've heard nothing from the garage. I just hope that it's ready in the morning so that I can do my food shopping as it will be on the way.
I feel quite tired now as I walked the length of the brook and it's quite a walk from my house anyway. How we miss our cars when we don't have them! It cost me £11.80 to get to Camera Club last night and I managed to get a lift home. If I hadn't got prints to take in for next week's competition, I don't think I would have bothered as the speaker wasn't very good either and he lost me when he was talking about some of the editing tools he uses for his landscapes. You probably gathered that I don't really do many landscapes anyway.
Thanks for getting yesterday's dunnock and photobombed rose on PP and for all your kind comments and Favs. It really is much appreciated.
Whiskers is a very good name for him and the backlighting is very effective.
