After raking leaves all morning, I did get a little bit wet towards the end, I decided to go up to RSPB this afternoon with the intention of just going into the garden behind the shop so that I would be near my car if it rained. Well I only stayed 24 minutes as it started to rain a little bit and got home just in time. We have had an absolute downpour here so I am glad that I was back in the house.
Anyway, in the 24 minutes, I managed to see and grab one quick shot of the nuthatch but he was on the feeder so I don't really like posting those if I can help it. However, this lovely robin did me the honour of posing nicely on top of the sign that says something about the apple tree bearing Bramley apples.
After yesterday's fiasco with Amazon my parcel did arrive this morning so I think that they sent another one. Good job it wasn't imperative that I had it yesterday. Amazon Prime that's not always so prime !
