I went for a walk along Wood Lane today with my very good friend Sarah and it was nice to have company as I didn't know how I was going to feel. Fortunately, I didn't have any chest pain but I had my GTN spray with me anyway. It has just given me the confidence to go out walking alone again.
I was surprised to see the Egyptian geese again as they must have stayed in the field. They were really stepping out together.
