Hebe by rosiekind

Hebe

It really isn't the time of year that Hebe's should be flowering but they are! This shrub has grown from a cutting which my brother took from some plants in my late mother's garden. My brother has lived in France for the past 5 years and I wonder whether he took any plants with him. The Hebe's just keep flowering and I'm amazed at how pretty they look despite the awful weather that we are having. I expect that if we get some snow, they might not look quite so good but I will appreciate them while they are looking like this.
Beautiful shot! Like the composition and DOF
