I went for a quick walk around Priory this morning on the way back from town but the wind was so cold so I didn't stay very long. I approached the lake from the opposite end and saw this young gull among many others flying around. I need to practice my flight shots as I always find it difficult due to the weight of my camera as well as getting the exposure right. I am going to write to Nikon as the exposure meter on my latest camera doesn't work properly and I can't keep changing cameras just because it means a lot of guess work. Perhaps I should try shooting on auto instead of using manual settings but I don't always like what a camera chooses and I do like the challenge of manual. Oh well, I shall keep trying
