I was jinxed this morning when I went down the brook. I forgot my phone and after I had set up and Bluey appeared, my remote wireless triggers wouldn't work! Yes, out of batteries and I thought I had some spare in my camera bag but alas, they weren't there! Off I went back home (fortunately it's not far away) and collected said phone and batteries. When I got back to the brook, Robin had decided to strim the grass and nettles so it was very noisy and obviously no sign of Betsey or Bluey. Grrrrrrr Anyway, I waited until he had gone and managed a few shots of them. At one stage Bluey appeared, went into the nest and they both flew out together but I didn't get a shot of that! Never mind, another time maybe.
